I have been in training for Software Development Security. One of the things mentioned is how easy hackers can figure out your password. "Through 20 years of effort, we've successfully trained everyone to use passwords that are hard for humans to remember, but easy for computers to guess." Most of today's businesses require a "strong" password that contains at least 6 characters, contain alpha and numeric, and even a special character like @ or #. Hackers know this and can easily search your social sites and see what is trending, family members, or pets and write a program that can try various options until they figure out your password in a matter of minutes or hours. Instead of using something like F1uffie, use four random words that you can remember that are NOT trending. Something like africatacowrenchpuppy [africa][taco][wrench][puppy]. Using four random common words will take hacker programs 550 years at 1000 guesses/second. Very difficult for hackers, but easy for you to remember.
